Just received the product. It was damaged, when I received it. The outer body is completely broken and damaged. Also. It says I can get 10 days replacement after receiving but there is no replacement option. It says I can only return it and reorder it. And now the price has also increased!!!!

My like is once the timer is off no need to wait longer when opening the lid. The settings is easy and not complicated to understand, it is stainless which is also the best.

I find this cooker really convenient. Food is evenly cooking. Can switch it on and go for a walk instead of waiting to turn off regular pressure cooker.

I misplaced a part of the electric pot and i have tried calling them daily to buy the replacement. It is just impossible to get through to them. They never respond. I now realize that I made a big blunder in buying their product. They are the worst. Kuvings responded to my calls even though I didn’t buy their electric pot. Please don’t buy Hamilton Beach products if you want peace of mind.

I’m sure this is a lovely useful cooker. It was just too heavy for me and a little overwhelming. So back it went and back to my own kitchen basics. I’d say for families this would be great! My son has one and loves it!

Let me start by saying we made some chilli tonight and it tasted excellent.
The brown/saute function works incredibly well, as does the actual cooking
There are several presets on the front, or you can just use the manual mode and set the pressure (low or high) and the time to cook.
The only issue I have, and it may be like this for all of pressure cookers – I don’t know, is that it took so long to get to pressure before even starting cooking.
We made “20 minute” chili, but it took almost 20 minutes for it to reach pressure. It ended up being more like 40 minute chili. While trying to reach pressure it, kept sputtering steam and water drops out of one of the vent valves. It seems to me that it would reach pressure more quickly if it wasn’t letting it escape through one of the valves.
Because it was still so incredibly convenient, we will definitely continue to use it; we’ll just need to add time to the estimated completion time.
I still like the convenience of this pressure cooker. I like being able to brown the meat and veggies in the same pot I’m gonna cook in. We are cooking rice and chicken tomorrow, all in this pressure cooker.
