Love this. It’s perfect for when you cook something pot-in-pot in your Instant Pot. Never sticks or gets in the way. I’ve used it as a trivet too, for when I take the big pot out. I know some slings that button together can come apart and cause disaster, but this is all one piece so it’s safe. Washed and used many times and it’s still like brand new. Definitely recommend.

The Instant Pot red sling is an essential accessory for me. It compliments my titanium 2 liter back pack pot which I use for pot-in-pot cooking on a daily basis for 4 years now. It is highly durable. Pot-in-pot method increases the usefulness of I.P. to me and the quality of the food 100 fold. No burned fingers when lifting from a hot steaming I.P. Clean op with p-i-p method is easy because only clear water to make steam comes in contact with the I.P. main pot. Food isn’t made soggy, sauces are not dilute and the delicious drippings from chicken breast cooked from frozen are conserved not lost to the water in the bottom of the main vessel which generates the steam. I also like the I.P. official large wire mesh basket, I own the Green silicone veg steamer but much prefer to use the wire mesh basket for steaming. I.P. model is the PRO which I also highly recommend for its ease of use and reliability. Buy the red sling or the mesh basket as these are essential I.P. accessories which yield a superior result. I have not received compensation for this honest review.
