Judge by Prestige Deluxe 7.5 L Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker (Aluminium)

This cooker is quite light weight which is good but I am not sure about the quality. Used it once and there were water marks as we get hard water at our place and it was difficult to clean the water marks. The handle is very light and feels like it is cheap quality. We have only used it for a day and so far it seems to work alright. The product was manufactured in Aug 2021 and its actual cost is Rs 1790 or something as was written on the box. So the 20% or so discount claimed by Amazon is a eye wash since it is a one-year old product. The lid was difficult to close but it closes once you align it and press on the top of lid near the valve.

Those complaining about the lid not closing, it’s typical for new ones.. You need to align the triangles on the handle and base and press down the front opposing the handle to close securely. It’s good, safe to use and easy to clean. Not very heavy for a 7.5Lit one, which makes it easier for women to handle.

The weight valve of the cooker was found defective in as much as it requires mechanical force for removal after cooking. The manufacturer and service agent response to understand and fix the problem is unsatisfactory.
