Steel plate got damaged on one of the cooker and Lid handle came off and unable to attach it as it doesnt have screw.

The cooker handle is detached within a week of purchase. The website mentions a 5-year warranty, but the support team says it is only a 1-year warranty and no proper service centers are nearby. You will not get a replacement even for the manufacturing defects. Attached pictures of the detached handle.

3 size cookers at this price is amazing. Quality is very good, very sturdy and ultimately it’s made of stainless steel. My wife love these cookers.

The sizes combo is good for variety of applications. Easy to clean.

Don’t buy this pile of junk . It spews water all over the lid and gets your stove all messed up because it runs down the side on to the burner causing a giant mess . I’ve tried less liquid run on lower heat same problem
