Initially received a damaged product but was later replaced with a new one within 2 days. The product is good but requires some getting used to. It’s not complex operation but not the usual type either. The size seemed a little small for 3ltr cooker but does the job well. Quality wise it is durable but does come with few design flaws – (1) the handle knob on the top has a metal plating and gets very hot; need to be very cautious before opening the cooker (2) the pressure valve has unique lock action when the lid is open, no instructions in the manual are given about it; if unaware and tried to manually adjust it may lead to damaging (3) water seepage during whistle is more than conventional cookers (4) the top handle bar stagnates some hot water released after whistle due to its styling (5) the manual itself doesn’t cover any explanation of features.

I wont recommend this product, after using for 4 r 5 times inconsistently over couple months its color got faded along the inside bottom. I have attached the images for reference. The product model is good n perfect for small family but product wise You will see the product fading its color even after hand wash. Surprisingly after 30 days if I report it, the seller mailed me that the product would be the same. I request you to take the product n initiate the refund and mainly the seller is too arrogant and doesn’t have min sense on how to respond to customers. The more polite Im requesting to refund the more arrogant he is ben replying with a single line statements. VCT ELECTRONICS 0 rating for him in this case.
Im not writing a negative comment for you for not replacing or issuing the refund. I did not like the way you dealt with your one liner sentences .

After cooking two tines – I think its the RIGHT TIME to write a review – ONCE AGAIN , I wont say that product is not so good — BUT the Unit sent was defective , I also realized that the Whistle Weigt supplied was DEFECTIVE – in fact it was BROKEN . Twice all my food got burnt especially on special occasions as:
** Gasket seems not sealing properly
** Leaks and does not whistle 🙁
I am not sure if Vendor will make it GOOD by replacing with the new and correct one – its not the question about my losing $60 but shaking my CONFIDENCE is the Prestige Products and Loosing FAITH is buying from such vendors .
Hope #Amazon_Customer_Service looks into it as well

It’s easy to use with only drawback being the lids heaviness… It’s preety heavy to handle it and wash it. Nothing great about it, it takes very long for 1st whistle to come on with steam being discharged from its sides all the time in the beginning. I hv been using cookers since 50yrs now and know how to use them, but needs almost 3 times opening and closing for it to give the first whistle… Don’t know why???

Worst ever kitchenware product which I would have bought online till date. The product is useless, I would advise not to buy it at all. It is very heavy and not at all easy to handle. It doesnt function properly, it leaks lot of water. Their service center is worst, they dont respond to your query at all. They told that they will replace it with a working set. But later they give back the same old thing, and say that it will happen like that only, and they tested it in lab. They make us to travel to their service center uselessly. Even complaining to their service head didnt work. Prestige seems to be just researching this product with customers like us, my advise is not to give them a chance anymore.

May be during transit I got damage product. Two dent was found on the product, one dent on the cooker knob and another dent on the inner side steel ring of glass lid, placing this glass lid will lose the steam, will not remain air tight. Raised for replacement.
