I bought this cooker on sept 2017. Within 2.5 years the lid got damaged and took around 2 days to find a repair shope. Very bad quality product. I won’t recomment this . Please go with some good brands.

The one I received had few defects . It was releasing pressure from many places even when locked perfectly . Making it dangerous also due to this the whole cooker used to leak hot steam making it very difficult to touch any where. I have initiated a returns already . We followed every instruction in manual yet it was not working as per procedure , looks like it better to buy from showroom .. on amazon sellers are pushing defective products. I am a prime memeber and buy lot of stuff from Amazon India and amazon USA . I request amazon to please have some mimimun quality control on products and sellers … I purely think I got cheated . In a was it has wasted my time and energy and also risking my wife’s and mother’s life ….. we are back to good old cooker …..

The lid is very heavy but so easy to use. And plus you can use it as a pressure cooker and a kadhai whenever you want. Comes with two lids.

I have got defected product. It is bend inwards at the bottom (see the pics). Since, I live in rural area, Its hard to return. Don’t buy it. They are supplying defected / rejected product from the manufacturer.
Edit :- I have exchanged the product. The return / exchange policy of Amazon is super awesome. Thanks cloudtail. This was gift for my wife. She is super happy after using it. So, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 star.

Delivered on time. Packaging was really good. Working as expected. Looking wise – Perfect and stylish. We have almost all days used it for the past seven days and my wife says it’s the best she could get. Overall very good.

Not sure whether I received a defective product or not, but since the first usage the cooker has been leaking steam out and not building pressure.

It is good in use. The weight is too much that is the reason for one less star. Missing stiring spoon in the package as the coating does not go well with stainless steel spoons and can damage the interiors.

We bought this in April 2022 . Used 2 times and it worked well . From third time when we try to cook it is causing the ingredients to stick even though it says non stick . On top of that inspite of addicting enough water it will never build pressure to start whistling . This will cause our food to get burned. Finding it really hard to contact the customer care to get some support .

This appeared to be one of the best sellers and I had personally seen a large shipment of these cookers being stocked up in Amazon Fulfilment Centres. I was quite impressed with the packaging, manual and the quality of the product.
I had to reduce a star because my mother wanted something that did not require two hands. One of her hands have an implant, due to a fracture. While I wanted to make life easier for her (she just won’t stay away from the kitchen) this did not help.
If Prestige releases this same high-quality cooker with the traditional long handle, I would buy without thinking twice. For the others who don’t have health complications like my mum, I would highly recommend this product.
