The after-sale service for this cooker is incredibly disappointing. Within less than a month of purchase, the appliance malfunctioned, and despite numerous calls to customer care, no resolution was provided. The customer service is unresponsive, making it a frustrating experience. I do not recommend buying this product due to its subpar after-sale support.
