The warranty card is not signed by the dealer. It’s nice but the handle is lose when i unboxed it.

It was difficult to lock and the handle alignment was also not correct. I requested to return the product on 27th June and still the pick up is not done and product is with me. so be careful if you want to return the product it is a big headache as so many times you need to followup and nothing happens.

Got it for the looks side since I already knew you can’t go too wrong with the brand.It’s been a oldie pleasure and the cooler looks stunning.
Only grey area was that I was cooking kheer in it once and it got stuck at the bottom which never happened with steel cookers I used earlier, so a bit of a problem there but daily cooking is a breeze.
