I ordered this product, it took almost a week, the packaging was worst old box was used which was all Torn up and the product is defective the top of the cooker wont fit n get locked feel horrible i wanted to gift this to my mom but when she open the box was bad n the product itself was horrible i m never gona buy again from this sender
