As we got the delivery, my mother complained to me that this cooker is not opening or closing easily. First I thought it is a new product so this is temporary issue in beginning. Also, my mother is too old and can’t apply much force so I thought after several operations it will become smooth to use.
later on even I tried to close and open this cooker and even I am not able to do so with strength.
Turns out the lid does not close properly and when I tried to return it well within the return timeframe, the person does not even come to collect the return.
We have been waiting for more than 10 days now and not being able to use the product and not being able to return the product.
SUCH A WASTE!
