It’s for a single person food and it’s works great. I love everything about the Prestige brand. Quality and convenience. This is my smallest Prestige pressure cooker and I am getting one more of this size. I have other two bigger Prestige pressure cookers. Someone was complaining in the comments about the handles of this small one not sturdy but I find them very strong and study.

Very useful for a single person. Gets cooked quickly as quantity is small. Since it is made of steel, can be used as a utensil to make curries. Avoids spillage but need to just use the right amount of water for cooking rice or dal.
Since it is a small cooker the whistle goes frequently. Give 4 to 5 whistles for proper cooking and keep it on medium flame.

I purchased this product for my newly born grandson residing at Newyork. When I used the product within one day the gasket leak happened and the next day pressure whisle proket. Disappointed with the product. I am in U S and they don’t have any support here
