This is a nice heavy duty pan. I have been trying to find one this size with the inner lid for ahwile, ever since my friend from India cooked with his. I noticed how much more awesome it is to cook rice in one of these. I also did not want to have one of those plastic pressure cookers that you plug in. Who wants to pressure cook their food in plastic?! Not this girl!
