Pros. Looks and feels premium. Strong and thick shiny steel. Gasket is silicone. Good for making pulav and Biriyani
Cons: itโs not a proper traditional pressure cooker. Itโs a casserole with little bit pressure cooking. No whistle. Steam escapes even if put on pressure cooker mode(2). Make sure u keep an alarm and turn off. If you cook rice with extra water, it will boil out through all the holes and make a mess. Donโt cook in this, if u want to cook rice and dal faster. The pressure falls down immediately after taking off from heat.
Overall good product if you want a casserole with little bit pressure cooking. The water level goes down unlike conventional cooker because the steam is constantly escaping.
One star less for inaccurate description by the company. Itโs not a pressure cooker. Or at least not the kind we are used to in India.
