The aluminium guage is very light and thin this lead exposure to stick your dish to bottom of handi, any heavy impact on the hendi disturbe the shape of utensil. Same design with heavy bottom and thicker guage will be more preferable.

Very low weight and cheap quality , low gauge …it’s so thin and Alluminium base is not good at all for any kind of cooking. Don’t buy at all. Food get burnt easily

The Handi is made with such a thin gauge of aluminum that it warped out of shape the first time I used it. Junk product don’t waste your time buying it. Much better alternatives on the market
