I purchased 3 bhagini of this make, 2 delivered on 9th Sept and 1 delivered on 10th Sept. While using the utensil it is seen that material used is very poor quality with the result milk kept for heating stuck up at bottom and was wasted. It is really painful why vendors claims their product as of high quality but in reality it proves worse quality. It is shear wastage of my precious time to report and take refund. In this case due to such a serious matter I should not only get the refund of all 3 but vendor should pay me minimum double the price I paid as this has caused great inconvenience to me. I expect Amazon will take stern action to maintain their credibility
