The tope is not 3.2 liter as promised but it is 2.8 liter only. Since I tore the sticker for using and was not able to put 2.5 liter of milk for boiling then I measured it. Not expected from a reputed company like Neelam and that too on Amazon platforms. Shall I expect an exchange?

First it was not 3200ml as mentioned but only 2litres. Second it just cracked by itself after a few times of usage. Never seen that happen…

This is worst. I recommend everyone not to buy this. Waste of money. Pathetic quality. Highly disappointed.
