Shipped quickly, apparently they are in a warehouse in the us and when ordered ship from there. It comes in the original packaging from India. Well packaged, arrived safely. A nice way to cook naturally.

Bought this product 2 yrs back and this is the 1st use. On first use itself the vessel came apart.! As soon as the pot was taken off the stove after preparing a dish (On low flame), the whole bottom section of the pot separated and fell off.
Have experience of using mud vessels before and have never encountered anything like this.
Looks like this particular vessel can only be used as a planter pot.!

Worst product…got crack while first time cooking(I follow all instructions and cooked on low heat)..dont purchase..its waste of money.
I luckily saved my feet as its base got cracked and all food spilled on ground.
