Writing this review after 1 week of usage. Its really worth it. Very good build quality and good steel pan. I have purchased it to avoid non stick pans . And this works really great for preparing subjis , dosas, omelettes. Needs very less oil and then nothing sticks. Make sure to heat it properly so that omelette or dosa do not stick to the surface. Induction and gas friendly. Very easy to wash. Strong and sturdy product. Will buy more products from Allo in future.
