For an otherwise Solid, Sturdy and Real Steely stuff, the little pout (see pic) makes things complicated. 18 cms circumference and such little pout is not a balanced combination – result – while pouring the liquid from the pan, lot of waste and messy affair. Pout again only for the ones with Right hand as natural hand…would have been ideal if given both sides.

When Your brand name is engraved boldly at side and at bottom at two places, then why again you pasted sticker with adhesive on utensils? It caused scratches on new utensil while removing, leaving an eye sore.
Also have your engineers checked spout while pouring milk or tea in cups ☕️ . Half of milk is spilling over. Hopeless spout designed.

When the vessel is full more than 1l mark the tea spills out. It’s very difficult. It creates a lot of mess. Wish there was some way to fix this. I primarily bought this for milk and tea
