First of all it’s a good product.. but I m not satisfied coz the packing was not proper … it’s as if someone else has opened the parcel and then wanted to check what’s inside and then gave me an open parcel …

The handle is made of steel. So, when used, it heats up pretty quickly. The inside of the pan is not polished. So, milk or any other food item sticks to the inside which is difficult to clean.

If you’re looking for a steel tea pan for regular use, just buy this. I bought and had to return a lot of pans before I found this one. The other ones are either too heavy or bad quality or the liquid won’t pour properly. The prestige one was so heavy my mom couldn’t lift it after the tea was prepared. This pan is the best so far. You can boil milk or eggs or even cook maggi. The base is thick and the handle doesn’t get hot like the others. Looks premium and durable too. Happy with this one.
