The casserole or large pot whatever you want to call it is of awesome quality & since I have been using stahl steel products for some time now I can say their products are very good. Pls do NOT think twice about the quality & durability of the product as it’s an awesome product. The casserole is pretty heavy as well hence will retain heat for a longer time.
Next for the size of the casserole it is only 4ltrs in capacity for cooking whereas the total capacity of the casserole is 5ltrs which is upto the brim so pls do not get confused with it when people mention the capacity is 5ltrs. I ordered it to make kheer, rice etc in large quantity where there is a lot of liquid used but found it a little small for that & so I returned the product with a heavy heart as I have a 4ltr capacity casserole bought from IKEA. Pls do check the level of water in the attached picture to judge for yourself if this is the size you need. The water i have poured in the vessel is exactly 4ltrs.
I have ordered a bigger 28cm stahl casserole instead.
