Good product and satisfied as I got in sale price.
There is only one issue with this, it does not sit properly on the Gas stove when empty and it topples easily. Be careful while cooking light item as well.

The basic balance between the pan and handle has been completely lost. The pan is flipping with slightest of movements around it, making it an utmost dangerous kitchen pan that I ever purchased.
I fail to understand if anyone from the Manufacturer’ side try using it on a domestic gas stove? Though, my use case was on a gas stove, where, disastrously and perilously, the pan started tilting towards the handle side, it may happen on an Induction plate or other cooking instruments.
My understanding is that the pan lacks balance between the pan base and the handle, causing it to topple even when other things are getting it to jerk!
Unfortunately, the return-window is over and am struct with the product!
I am skeptical about Amazon cookware. They have to step-up their testing and review all the cookware range, especially, those having a handle before clearing them for sale!
In the meanwhile, I do not advise buying their cookware.

28cm wok pan capacity is currently stated as 6 litres. This is plain wrong as I have measured it and it is approximately 3 litres only. The quality seems good and the price is certainly good at approx. 24GBP when I purchased. However I cannot comment on how it is to use and how it lasts as I will be sending it back. We have decided to keep a slightly more expensive Tefal wok which seems better quality at approx. 31GBP. If you are on more of a budget, this Amazon Basics item might be completely fine for you.

The non stick surface is blistering and coming away from pan. I’ve only had this pan since January 2024 so I was very disappointed with this.

Having read the reviews of lots of different Woks I decided to take a chance on this one. There were some negative reviews but I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I have used it approximately twice per week for the last 3 months and have not been disappointed. The weight feels good, it heats up quickly and the heat seems to be evenly distributed. It is non stick and cleans up really well. I really like the soft grip handle. I cook Chinese recipes for two in it and find it is big enough for my needs. The price is excellent compared to some of the woks I looked at. I think this is great value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to buy this one again if I ever need to.

This is great value and doesn’t let us down in terms of what we expect from Amazon Basics products. I love the long handle and the classy finish. Yet to use but already bowled over!

Perfect size to cook a meal for 3. Nonstick coating seems good enough. Also is sufficiently heavy so heat retention is decent.
Yet to test it on induction. Will update the review with time.
P. S. If you don’t want the hassle of seasoning and maintaining a carbon steel wok, this is good enough for most day to day cooking.

Pan base is very narrow so you scared always your food is dropped with pan be careful on own your risks but quality is very good steel and sturdy handle overall good quality I bought only 669 rs 😁😁😁
