Thick Aluminum casting gives good heat distribution. Non stick coating works well. Can be used in oven. Not for induction ranges

Okay let’s get this out of the way, you cannot cook higher than medium/medium high. You cannot scrub this with any type of abrasive sponge/ You cannot use metal utensils, nor can you use hot water to wash them, any or all of that will ruin the nonstick coating.
I’ve had a red one for 3 years and it looks and performs like new so in May, I decided to get another size (they now only have it in grey), and this also works like a charm. Looks great too!
Disclaimer: It’s possible you got a defective one so please return it if after following the care directions it sticks,, they’re customer service is awesome (read the one star reviews). However, you can tell by those bad reviews that people are at fault, the bottom is black (too high heat), they scrubbed it (used abrasive), it chipped (used metal utensils), etc.
