. The product is superb, shape, size finishing etc The spatula came with it was broken. Please make sure the packing is done properly. So I didn’t return just because the spatula is broken into two pieces.
Amazon Customer –
Not at all useful as it’s not at all heat resistant…u still need to use cloth to hold the kadai…i returned it…better to hold cloth instead of wasting money..

I have been searching fr cast iron kadhai since long but after buying this kadhai my search ends here. It is better then non stick kadhai food doesn’t get burnt.Very heavy base with many layers of coating. For healthy cooking u should use this kadhai

It’s a good wok nice quality although it’s really small. The picture online makes it look big 😊
Of course the dimensions are mentioned- so would recommend to go by the dimensions yourself and not just the image.

I love cooking in this because of the thickness of the material; there is even heat distribution, and cooking is faster. I expected that cast iron kadais would rust, as I have used them before, but this one rusts unbelievably fast. The picture is after one month of usage. You need to wash it, then heat the kadai to remove any moisture, and possibly apply a layer of oil to prevent it from rusting. However, just washing it and wiping off the water doesn’t work; it still forms a powdery brown layer on the surface. This is the only thing I am disappointed in the kadai; it requires a lot of effort to prevent rusting. Otherwise, I am happy with cooking on it.
