The pan is good , but the packing was very poor . It was just wrapped in a bubble wrap . The pan could have got damaged during transport.

It is a good product and meets the requirements. Flat non stick pan. Good for dosa, appam, chappati, etc. The bottom is quite thick so the heating pattern is really good. Price was also reasonable.
