Overall quality looks good but handling of the product during transit is really poor. Received in a plain cardboard box with any cusioning ot protection

I was very sceptical about whether to buy it or not because of its relatively low price. But after buying it I’m amazed. Best non-stick tawa in this price range.

The rivots connecting the pan with the handle are loosely fitted due to which the pan is always shakingwhile handling it. It is a total waste of money since risky to use it. The return window closed so I have to bear the loss.

My mom loved it.. it’s a little heavy enough not to burn. Very easy to handle. A bit of unnoticeable wedged on the edge so not perfect,but the round is perfect for dosa. Inside no issues. Someone might have avvidentally handled it rough while shipping . Hence 4 star
