Very sturdy non-stick pan with good material. Can cook dosas fully without a drop of oil. The handle is of good quality as well. What needs improvisation is the way the handle is attached to the pan. It looks like it is simple attached with a screw as most pans/cookware in India are designed. This is extremely annoying as after use the screw shakes loose and requires us to keep tightening the screw. Manufacturer, please look at cookware available in the west. They have better mechanisms to attach the handle to the pan which are far stronger and last much longer.
