The product is nice, but the package it arrived in was open or toren . The box was wet n damaged. Also the product was not wrapped in the Amazon cover it came in hakwin futura box itself.
Luckily the product was not damaged!!

What a beautiful experience it is to use this tawa! There are certain things which should be avoided in order to maintain the quality of the product. 1. Strictly use it for dry cooking like roti. Little butter and ghee for Paratha or Pancakes doesn’t hurt. But do not try making an omelette or any other oily thing on it. 2. Some brown texture may pop up post cooking, caused due to ghee/butter/oil. Gentle scrubbing works just fine while washing.
Looks like an evergreen product as long as it is carefully used and washed!

I have used many other brand Tava, This one is not good for Dosa . Roti is coming good . My wife is expert in dosa and this Tava devasted . Do not order if you want to eat good dosa.
