Its a no fuss product. Brand name itself reflects the quality.
Middle part is almost flat and sides are little curvy to hold the spread and avoiding spill. compatible for inductions. We have used aluminum non stick tawa of same brand for almost 3 years and then the coating was gone due to rough usages and not properly caring it.
This one is granite surface have to see the longevity of it. I am sure with proper usage it will last longer.
Refer the video to check quality of cooking.

Just just wonderful product!! Must have in every house…I was got irritated because of cast iron dosa tawa..even after multiple uses, dosas were not able to turn properly. But this tawa is a magic!! Even a first dosa came out perfectly..thank you amazon for this product n a super quick delivery!!
