The first one came with no proper carton packaging and no handle. The pan was also a bit dented. I asked for a replacement. The second one came a few days later in exchange. Proper packing. But its handle was slightly chipped at the inner end. Since the chip was in the packing, I managed to fix it with a bit of M-Seal. I have used this Prestige tawa pan earlier. The quality is very good, but once (after many years of use) it got forgotten for too long on an active stove and the coating burned out. Our fault, which is why I ordered the same piece again.

Product is excellent but Amazon won’t deliver it in a single peice.broken handle.
Third time I’m getting a broken kitchen product from amazon.other products no such complaint.

Thank you Amazon for the best quality Prestige as always, really good one however i cannot say anything about durability as its just few days of purchasing but feels it stays log. the non-stick quality is superb as one can expect from Prestige.

Nice! Have one allready. Buying 2nd one. Comes broken. Has reciept from previous return. So Amazon sending broken from store. Returned and above video is 2nd one they sent broken. Waste of time and product
