Nice skillet. Bought it specially for use on the weber grill for delicate fish fillets. Works and heats evenly on both, grill grate side as well as on the flat skillet side. However, as some other reviewers have mentioned, it does not sit flat on the grate side and tends to move around on the grill/stovetop. I think the manufacturers should pay more attention here by listening to the customer greviances and rectify the same. But I’ll still keep it as it does the job perfectly. One less star because its not perfectly stable.

It’s a heavy cast iron square tawa I use it on my grill as mini griddle to cook burgers and paneer tikkas. Can be used on both sides to grill sandwiches also. Tried pizza but did not come out well not sure if it was the tawa or me making the mistake

Even the replaced pan cracked after few days(post free replacement period), metullaegy, cast stress releving, anhealing or quenching or even Basic raw material is not right

My fourth piece from the brand and I love every single one. The packaging must have been great as it came well preserved. My nephew ripped off the packaging and unboxed it before I got a chance to see it. But I saw the product so I know the packaging must have been good. As I mentioned this is my fourth product from the company. What surprised me was how raw this new piece feels against my seasoned old ones after being in use for the past 2 and half years. My advise go for it. Quality wise if you’re into cast iron and you know how to use and care for these then you’ll not be complaining. Cheers !!

Fantastic grill plate. If you know how to use cast iron cookware, you will love this product. The fact that it’s reversible is a double bonus.
The only complaint I have on this product is the lack of a ring/loop to hang the plate on a hook. It’s the safest way to keep out of children’s reach when hot and also an efficient storage method.

Plz don’t go by the looks.im.using only cast iron since past 5 years.i have purchased rock products before they r good but this double sided tawa is waste of money.u can only use one side.after grilling chicken today.. u won’t b able to make Dosa tomorrow as that side was in flame and the seasoning is affected.. It was a disaster.Even after seasoning it multiple times it didnt work. It got a black coating of the flame on d dosa side.
So either u use it completely for grilling purpose or only Dosa/chapati.one side gets spoilt for sure.i bought this 2 in 1 to save space.but I regret it as it would have better to buy a grill and a Dosa tawa separately.mine is just lying in my shelf both sides have gone bad.

Product is good.. dosa turned out very crispy. Size is a bit smaller. I though it would be great for dosa, rotis,as well as grilling.. lacking in finishing, even i can manage with size but the main problem is tawa is not have straight balance as there is problem in the making itself it keep on dancing if we keep on surface..that is very annoying
