There’s a sticker in the middle of the cooking surface that’s practically impossible to remove – when you do you’re not sure you entirely removed all the residue.
The pan heats up slowly then suddenly is too hot, uneven temperature and fails to impart heat to the food.
The photo is after one use – no amount of scrubbing or scraping will remove those stains. Returning to Amazon now.

…spend more money and get one without a sticker so adhered to the product that it is impossible to remove with soapy hot, hot water poured on it. Finally resorted to goo gone and had to continue to scrape such that the finish is now mildly tarnished.

I do love this pan.. nice weight to it. solid feel. but that sticker!… numerous people have commented that the sticker is impossible to get off… and it is.. but.. I put a tablespoon of veg oil in the pan, set it on the burner . ..in about 6 seconds the pan is hot ( nice even heating btw)..when the oil starts to bubble around the edges of the sticker, I used a wooden spoon and just slide the sticker off the pan.. EASY PEASY. SO have fun with this awsome pan. no sticker worries.
