It’s good but for the first usage it has to be cleaned properly IT leaves the colour do not use immediately

Bought this for my daughter. She is happy with it. This has a granite coating on the cooking surface. That appears to be better than the usual Teflon/ anodised coatings on the normal tawas. Apparently, all tawas develop a slight convex curve at the centre, on usage. This is no exception either. While making dosas, it will not make it uniformly brown but leave a small white patch in the centre. All metal tawas have this issue. It is the old fashioned granite tawa which doesn’t have this issue. I haven’t seen a stone/granite tawa in ages!
