I thought of trying stainless steel dosa tawa so I purchaged, but I am facing problem with preparing dosa. Some times dosa batter is sticking to tawa. Very difficult to clean it too. I want to use it but I don’t have any guidance… It will be helpful if any manual or instructions given by the company.

It is not at all non porous steel as claimed in description. Food sticks a lot. Difficult to cook anything
