Made out of very poor quality steel. The sheet is so light and flimsy, that you may wonder if it is able to withstand the pressure of the steam when you cook. The image shown in the catalogue, is totally deceptive. It was looking so sturdy in the photo. But a total disappointment when the item came. Never expected so poor quality from a reputed manufacturer like Butterfly Gandhimati.
