Very useful products, ease of use and value for money

Caoacity is 14 big size idlys and one plate full of mini idlys. Good one for a small size family.
Ribena –
Pros:
1) The product is much bigger than I imagined.
2) There are 6 very useful steaming plates for idli, idiyappam, dhokla, khaman, steaming rice, etc.
3) The steel is of good quality.
Cons:
1) Everything is made of steel and there is no coating on the edges of the lifting clamps, so it’s difficult to remove the hot plates from the kadhai. This is quite a thoughtless design.
2) The lifting clamps are too close to the idli moulds, which makes it clumsy to remove the cooked idlis. Very weird.
3) It’s very difficult to balance two steaming plates one over the other while cooking because there are only two clamps. If there were 3 clamps for all plates, then easily more than one plate can be put in kadhai at a time.
4) A small round piece from the top of the lid fell off its base in one month’s time. Poor finishing.

Material strength – 5 star
Handling – 4 star ( Due to the way in which the handles are placed. Few lids has 3 handles which actually reduces the ease of handling)
Size – Perfect for 14 big size Idli.

I am so disappointed, ordered for my friend who is travelling abroad, however the kadai handle is completely smashed! Have no time to return it and order another one.
