This is such a painful product. The bottommost tray is almost useless, and it never comes out easily. I must use a plier to pull it out whenever we make idly, that too with the hazard of hot water splashing on you. I will not recommend this product.

Have been looking for steel idli maker but was very confused by negative reviews.
this idli maker is sturdy and serves the purpose. have zero issue even after using it 5-7 times

I got the delivery yesterday (17-3-24). I used it for the first time today and happy with the overall performance of the product.
I have attached 5 pics as well.
But I still don’t like the policy of companies where they say they will extend the warranty by another 6 months if we write a review. Although they didn’t ask me to rate 5 but I think they were expecting.
However I have given 5 because of its genuine performance in this case.
