The was said to have good quality but it is of very bad quality. The base is made up of very thin stainless layer, not of two layers like said in description.

I used this steamer for making dhokla with thick batter, the result was good. For regular cooking, like steaming vegetables it is quite fast because the steamer heats up really quick. I am happy with the base metal quality as well.
