It works on induction gas but the wobbles when put because of thin bottom.

Plates doesn’t sit properly and are tilted which surely wont make even shaped idlies .
Also the knob of holder above the top plate shows different here which can be held easily while in package received there is no Knob that makes it difficult to put the set inside or left it up

The quality of this product is good. Pigeon is a reliable company. I only felt that the base of the idli cooker should have been a little more thicker. Good size to buy for a small family. Just received it today. Yet to use.
