The bowl leaks from the joint when it is steaming, causing a possible danger of the flame going out. The joint in the cylindrical portion is not made of stainless steel and reacts with the food in it.

Pot leaking if 75%water use. Washer (chillu) diameter is not enough. can’t take off all dishes. Some will stay around the chillu. Lid holder is lower quality

I liked it, but the base of the steamer is very thin which will have been a little heavier. Customers would not like such a thin base. A little more thicker would have been better otherwise it is okay. The finishing is little rough but it’s okay
