Likes: Goodlook, Heavy and very strong. 5 years warranty on Burner, Glass and Gas Valves is great.
Dislike: It’s Manual, It’s difficult to light the gas on the left side as it’s not automatic ignition. It’s difficult to use lighter and start the nob on the right side. It’s very difficult to light by keeping a vessel on the burner. This is poor designing.

Stove is good. Build quality is good. Look wise good. Now after this many months of usage my stove burner was showing more fire and burning up with making sound. Even scary to go near by. Even sent 2 times for repair same problem continues.

With in 3 months i am getting same issue for 2 burner sapphire stove. Small burner when you slow to lowest it automatically turned off where gas is coming out but there is no flame which is very risky. Call lodged few times which was attended and closed but issue remains there. Sometime I am forced to think why I bought this item where in 3 months few times technician has to visit for a new item. Earlier for years I was using steel body brass burner gas stove of a leading brand which never gave me any problem.
Question is what I got by spending approximate double the amount on this item where consistently I am facing problem.
Again tomorrow call will be lodged, Hope service team look into history of this item billed and take corrective action to gain confidence of a customer.
Status of call lodged on 27.1.23
Till now( as of 1.2.23) No one reverted about my call, their TAT is 24 to 48hrs. Called few times Toll free to know status but their also no one is responding and only IVR call recording is there.
Still trying trying to get it resolved.
Status on 2.2.23
Technician Visited yesterday and repaired but with in few minutes fire comes out from small burner button. Today again Technician Visited and temporarily put grease on brass part till the time part is delivered to local service team.
Request Amazon(hope you are listening) and blow hot company to get the item replaced instead of denying due to part non availability.
