So it’s been over 9 days and I’m still waiting for this to be installed. I haven’t even opened the product as was advised by store to let
Bosch engineer open it. I have called Bosch customer care twice and on both occasions they have guaranteed a call from engineer for installation within 72 hours…..I guess the engineer didn’t get the memo 🤷🏻on both occasions. I had high expectations from Bosch but so far I’m sorry to say your service level has been disappointing. I’m already considering returning the product 😞.

Worst job for Indian cooking, the flame is not stable, cleaning is difficult and the burners go bad, in fact they rot after a few years usage. The same job was available for 14-16k in 2019-20. Now the burner replacement is 23k as per Bosch technician.
