Not able to remove the stove plates, it make difficult to clean the stove clearly, the fire flame is came little bit slow compare to other stoves , other wise all good

This is not a good stove .It is so light weight and quality is very bad . Finishing is also not good . We are trying to contact amazon since the product deliver but there is no response from amazon service. We want to return this item but there is no such option , only replace can be placed with same product. This is such a bad service as if customer doesn’t like the product they are bound to keep it . Atleast they should provide option of replacement with any other product. Why would someone replace with same product when quality is not good .
And @AmazoanCustomerService should talk to customer regarding there issue There is no such option in this order . We are unable to connect amazon. Being a regular customer of amazon This is not acceptable

I used this for one year. Damaged and repaired 2 times with in this time. Low quality knobs and burners. Now also shows problems with burners.
