I bought this for 2229 in normal deal. 4 burner for this price is good deal. Any one wants to buy then wait for few days and observe. Normal days they are reducing price and during deals time like aug,diwali they are increasing prices.

Even without completing 1 year, the base of the stove got chips out. Bad quality. And even bad customer service. Did complaint within manufactures warranty, still no proper resolution was given. It’s been 1 month complaint has been lodged, and everyday they say some or the other reason and still no resolution was given. Very bad experience.

Wonderful gas stove it makes your work easy bcoz of it 4 fabulous burner, good appearance, no smell, no noise, good service

The product is v good.. looks nice. But it broke while cleaning. The glass shattered completely. I’ve posted a pic. It can be v dangerous. I cut my hand v badly. I have stuck it with cello tape and using it. I called the butterfly gas to replace the glass. I waited for 3 weeks and waiting. But they do not respond to my calls. Now they have stopped picking my phone. The after sales service is very very poor. I contacted mr Pradeep and mr Saravana from butterfly but they are not helpful at all. Very dissatisfied with this brand. They said that you have bought it online.. so they are not supposed to repair or replace. Bad experience. I’ll never buy butterfly gas stove.
