Auto lighter option failed twice with in 2 months of purchase. I paid 2300 the first time for a part exchange. Again 470 the second time. Big no!!

I got a defective piece which was known only when the technician from Elica came for installation. However the technician wouldn’t give anything in writing saying it is a defective piece and Amazon says they can’t do anything as it is outside the return window. Elica customer service too says they can’t replace. So looks like I have lost the money and have to buy a new hob! Certainly not Elica and also not through Amazon.

Very cooperative service support. Service engineer specially came before installation process to guide how much to cut the kitchen stone for proper fitment. After a few days the installation took place which was smooth. Service personal quite knowledgeable. Would update my review again after a few days of using it.
