I purchased durin Jan 2022.I waited for about 20 days for installation. As no one came from coimbatore, ourselves installed. Then we went to Kerala for 5 months. From July we use this gas stove. 15 days back as both burners not working properly we gave complaints to both Elika company & service co in coimbatore. Serviceman came on last Saturday & did service & working . But next day after using burner ,when we close the knob it struck& gas started leaking & so regulator was disconnected.
On last Sunday coimbatore service co said they have ordered the knob & required spare parts & waiting. My wish is since this item is giving problems within a month twice, need a new item.

I am writing this review after one year as I wanted to check product quality,durability and maintenance and gas burner is actually good ,durable and maintenance free.i would suggest to buy the product and best part is it is light weight which makes it easy to clean.

Very nice unit. But the service is pathetic. Please Avoid buying this. Brand new unit the knob became loose in the 1st week. Lodged a complaint but service technician has not visited in 6 days. If this is the type of service then better to stick to the established brands with good service.

Have been using it since 2 months. Here’s my review:
Pros:
1. Very very beautiful and slim. People confuse it for Hobb top.
2. Heavy and amazing build quality.
3. Burner size is really good.
4. Placement of burner is also good, makes it easier to use
Con:
One and only cons is it’s auto ignition which doesn’t work properly. Have to keep pressing ignition for long time to get the burner working. Giving 4 stars only and only for this reason.

Very good cooktop, burners are excellent, looks very beautiful.
But the knobs on the top side gets heated, as long we use cooktop heating of knob increases.
Regular heating n cooling may affect the knobs durability.

I have used the product for only ten days now . Although it is quick to review after such a short use .but the product is nice . It looks good . Customer care is responsive and quick.

This is a really good Cooktop. It’s has a thin profile which make it really premium. The gas burners are made of brass with a really nice even flame. My biggest concern was fitting two big utensils side by side and on this layout it fits really well. The glass makes it really easy to clean too. I also liked that the gas stove has a 360 rotation input nozzle that will make it easier to shift it around if i decide to change its location

It’s a COOKTOP not for granite cutting purpose but it is suitable for existing kitchen granite tops.
It is larger in size so four cookings can be done at the same time with ease.
Space wise I am more than satisfied and quality is good too.
