Just got the stove last night and to my surprise the service center from Elica called this morning and came over to set it up. Kiran and team provided seamless, polite and professional service and set up the stove and pipeline easily. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. He also explained the warranty details and the dos and don’t for usage. They came equipped with any extras needed like the pipe. Product looks just like in the pictures and works smoothly. Looking forward to using it.

It is a good product, however, there was a sharp edge near the one of the bases , (as shown in photo) by which one of my family member got hurt. It had to be thoroughly checked by the quality contol team before passing the QC.
Thanks to Amazon as this product got returned and later I bought another one.

Flame is good, stylish, service was prompt by Elica but was chargeable (350/-) which seems to be on higher side.

Product is good but service provider (for installation) people are irritating, they will call you again and again when you are out for work, they will not listen you….

It’s is a good product, easy to use and although the flame seems low but it’s very strong. Knobs are smooth and pretty light weight for a burner. Right now it’s 4 star because I have to use it to properly review it.
