It’s a very good product. The customer service is excellent. In one day of calling the service engineer came and installed the product. He was excellent and he explained all features of the product. Overall excellent service.

 within 10days, Auto ignition stopped working. Raised a complaint with Customer care after 1 week and its been more than 2.5months. Some 5-6 agents were assigned. Every came opened the stove panel, asked for warranty and invoice copy, took pictures of stove, inside & outside and pics of warranty and invoice and each one said diff diff reasons as bellow:
1. One connect wires here and there
2. Again complained – 2nd one said battery prob
3. 3rd one said DC prob and it has to be replaced.
4. Came with DC. Changed the DC. Still not working.
5. Came checked took pics & said nothing and left
6. Seperated all the parts and asked me to wash everything with soap and re fixed it.
7. Still not working and another one came and said Kit problem and kit needs to be replaced. For which again an indent has to be placed. Now again I have to wait for another 10-15days.
After the visit of this 7th person, 1left knob looks stuck and after cooking for sometime and unable to turn it off. Now I have to turn off the regulator of cylinder instead of stove knob.

Great part of all these Chaos is that customer care team keeps on either escallating these issues as emergency or they are giving some manager number to contact. I have around 5 managers of Faber who pick only 1st call after that they wont respond.
I bought this Hobtop stove for Rs.14999/- which is all gone for waste. Looks like I have bought a scrap piece or a waste one. All my money, efforts, time are wasted. I am thinking of filing a suit against Faber for cheating people so badly.
