We ordered this product for our new home and after one week, one of the burner stopped working and after raising complaint it was found that some internal wire is damaged due to over heating and also the spark need to replace.. Imagine buying such a costlier product and it stopped working after a week.

Only disappointed- if you have installed by your own and have not paid 400₹ installation charges then the warranty doesn’t start.

the knbs are very flimsy. the rubber bushings under the burner easily get spoiled and the stove becomes useless. the burner spacings are very inadequate. all in all this is worst product.never everr buy

Bought this three years ago. Nozzles jam.all the time. Servicing.costs 500 evrytime. Not easy to.clean by oursleves
Worst part is, the brass alloy burners are bent out of shape with in three years. We have to buy them again. In one word, don’t buy this poorly designed product.
