Very bad experience and very much disappointed with the quality of hob, Ignition of one small burner is not working properly since installation of the hob. In the last 2 months given complaint for the same at least 8 times every time technician comes and repair the same and very next day same problem occurs. Nobody is listening at the customer care centre I have requested them to please replace the same .but they are trying to convince me that our senior technician will come .it is really very bad decision taken by me to buy a reputed company’s HOB.

The flame is not good in product.vessels are becoming black by using this product

Looks really good in my kitchen. Works brilliantly. The gas pipe is to be attached in the centre on the rear side. Can be left or right facing.
but here are the flaws
1. Pathetic customer support number – put me on hold for 15 mins waiting for an executive and then call disconnected, can’t they call us back? Had to tweet to get a response.
2. Difficult to clean off spills in the nooks and crannies under the burner
3. As mentioned in lots of reviews the auto ignition is problematic to put mildly. Keep your spark igniter close by. The flaw is that spark goes to the holder and not the actual burner.

Good product using it from 7 months but i did not have best experiences using the product. Installation support was not available due to covid times although installation is simple & Struggled to find the suitable battery for the product & finally with some adjustment tried to fit a battery i purchased, for using the auto-ignition. Recently one of the knob’s got stuck & is not rotating so i am not able use 1 burner due to this. If we try to use the stove with a lighter the flame comes out from the side of the burners initially ofcourse it doesn’t last long but it is really abnormal to see the flame coming from the sides of the burner
